Recently I represented a client in Petersburg General District Court charged with Reckless Driving By Speed, 87/65. Unfortunately this client had a bad driving record. While reviewing the record I noticed she had completed a driving school recently for a different offense, and had two other recent convictions on her driving record for moving violations.

At trial, I was able to negotiate an outcome that avoided points. The charge was reduced to defective equipment and the fine was very low for that speed. Please note that case results depend on a number of factors unique to each case.

If you have a charge of Reckless Driving in Petersburg, Virginia or elsewhere feel free to contact me to discuss your case. This Petersburg Reckless Driving case was serious because of the high speed, and the bad driving record. However, I was still able to avoid points.
